Yesterday, our group that meets every Wednesday to play music, provided entertainment for a happy hour here at IBE. We played from 4:00-6:00 with only a short break in the middle. We had eight musicians and half of them are additions to the group this year. All the new players are French Canadians but music finds a way to get around the language barrier.
Here is a short sample of some of the music that we played. When the second song starts (Achy Breaky Heart) watch the line dancers. As more people get out on the floor, you will eventually see a gentleman with a cane join the group. He will be 100 years old in July and he goes to line dancing classes here at IBE every week.
